Our baby girl is 6 months old! We cannot believe how fast time has gone by! Reflecting on the last 6 months brings tears to our eyes. It has been a joyous time and we want to treasure every moment.
Here are a few things she has recently begun doing:
- holds her bottle occasionally
- rolls over...and over and over and over
- sitting up (tripod...legs need to be in a V position to balance her)
- eating solid foods...yum!
- first diaper rash, poor baby :(
- loves the bouncy seat and bumbo chair
- super ticklish and has the MOST adorable giggle
- great hand coordination
- responds to her name
- super smiley every time she wakes up (but, she has always done that!)...our smiley bear
- she has enough hair to wear hair bows now!
- she is teething big time, she loves to chew on her bottom lip and hands
- she gets really mad when no one is paying attention to her :)
- her gibber gabber is 'mah mah mah mah' and she has discovered her voice, and that she can get our attention right away if she screams at the top of her lungs haha
- sleeps 12-13 hours every night
- interacts and plays with her big brother
- still loving bath time!
- almost too big for the baby bjorn :(
- got her 6 month shots and she was a trooper...cried, but as soon as Mommy picked her up, she was much better...and even smiled at the nurse on the way out
- she loves to jump up and down while being held
- and finally, she has heard her big brother growl while playing with dinosaurs all day long and has developed her own growl...it is very entertaining :)

And this is a picture of her chewing on her bottom lip...teething is no fun! But, it gives us cute faces to look at haha. :)

She is a happy, beautiful, sweet, wonderful baby girl. :)
